आंवले में सारे रोग दूर करने के गुण व शक्ति होती है। आंवला युवकों को भी यौवन शक्ति प्रदान करता है तथा बूढ़ों को युवा जैसी शक्ति देता है। बशर्ते आंवला किसी न किसी रूप में रोज सेवन करें। आंवले में विटामिन सी भरपूर होता है। हर इंसान को प्रतिदिन 50 मिली ग्राम विटामिन सी की जरूरत होती है। एक आंवला दो संतरे के बराबर होता है। आंवले का मुरब्बा ताकत देने वाला होता है।

1. गर्भवती स्त्रियों को आंवला अवश्य लेना चाहिये। किसी भी रूप में लें।

2. आंवला एक अंण्डे से अधिक बल देता है।

3. आंवला ब्लडप्रेशर वालों के लिये लाभप्रद है।

4. आंवला टूटी हड्डियों को जोड़ने वाला है।

5. जिन्हें नकसीर होता हो (नाक से खून) सूखा आंवला रात में भिगाकर उस पानी से सर धोयें। आंवले का मुरब्बा खायें। आंवले का रस नाक में टपकायें।

6. आंवले का चूर्ण मूली में भरकर खाने से मूत्राशय की पथरी में लाभ होता है।

7. आंवले के रस में शहद मिलाकर खाने से मधुमेह में लाभ होता है।

  • Mix together three tablespoons of onion juice and two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. You can also add one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture onto your scalp and leave it on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing it off and shampooing your hair.

Regular use can also relieve scalp itching, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, add strength and luster to hair, and alleviate dandruff. Both aloe vera gel and juice will work.

  • Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp.
  • Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat the process three to four times a week.
  • You can also consume one tablespoon of aloe vera juice daily on an empty stomach to enjoy better hair growth.


5. Licorice Root (Muleti)
