However, these kriyas should be practiced under guidance. Rapid movement of abdominal muscles in and out during kriyas is very good exercise to get rid of the accumulated fats around abdominal region and also it helps in streamlining digestive system.

The ideal yoga diet is a vegetarian one, composed of pure, simple, natural and easily digestible foods that promote health and overall well-being. Have a low fat meal, with fiber rich vegetables and fruits.
