Take the fresh ripe avocado and mesh the avocado into smooth paste. Apply this paste on the dry skin and face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. In Hindi, its known by the name Makhanphal


Best easy remedy for winter dry skin.

Avocado contains the vitamin E helps for the skin care. If the skin is too dry then adds the 1 tbsp of honey to the avocado paste. Honey keeps the moisture in the skin.


1. Take the ripe papaya and ripe banana mesh and mix them well. Apply this paste all over the dry skin. 

2. Add the 2 tbsp of olive oil to the bathing water prevents the winter dry skin.

3. Mix the 1 tbsp of glycerin, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of rose water. Mix all the ingredients well. Apply this solution before going to sleep. Glycerin is the natural humectant keeps the moisture in the skin.

4. Take the orange peel powder 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp of honey and apply this paste on the dry skin. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash it off with the cool water.

5. Take the 2 tbsp of milk powder and 2 tbsp of almond oil and mix them well. Apply this paste on the dry skin wash it after 15 minutes. The milk powder has the moisturizer properties and almond oil contains the vitamin E both helps a lot for the dry skin.

Egg yolk paste

These days people consume egg if they don’t find anything to consume. Rather, some people like egg and consumes it on a daily basis. Getting eggs in your refrigerator will be quite easy. You need to take out one egg , break it and pour it in a small container. You can easily see yellow color egg yolk in the middle of while liquid. Slowly take out the yolk from the container without leaking it. Now, make a face pack with egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of milk powder. Mix the ingredients well and apply it over your face evenly leaving eyes and lips. Keep the paste for 20 minutes and wash with simple tap water.

You can get both rose water as well as honey at home readily. You need to take a small container where one teaspoon of honey is poured.

 Mix it with a single spoon of rose water and mix. Now apply this face pack on your face. Along with being a wonderful treatment for dry skin, this is also really effective in cleaning your skin and bringing out natural glow to your face.

Aloe Vera gel

The golden term, ‘Aloe Vera’ is now used in all spheres when it comes to beauty and health benefits.  You need to take out the gel from Aloe Vera plant and apply it over your face for a period of 30 minutes. You might get many products in the market which deems to include Aloe Vera gel extract.

Even after bath, you will see your skin did not become dry. Smoothness and softness stays intact. You can check your skin by using your nail scratch. If it becomes white, it means that your skin is dry or else your skin is moisturized.

Almond paste

If you have almond at home, you can easily make almond paste by soaking few almonds overnight. But, you also need to peel the skin of the almonds and grind it to fine paste.  Add raw milk to this paste, two teaspoon of lemon juice as well as gram flour to this paste. Now, you need to apply this wonderful pack on your face and neck.

 Leave it for a period of 20 minutes and wash it away with luke warm water. Along with providing wonderful remedy for dry skin, this si also really effective in improving the skin tone.

Natural Treatment for dry skin

# तेल मालिश से खिल जाती है रूखी त्वचा, सर्दियों में रूखी त्वचा व बेजान बालों को मालिश से नमी मिल जाती है। सर्द हवाएं त्वचा को रूखी व बेजान बना देती हैं। ऐसे में मालिश से बेहतर कुछ भी नहीं।
# रूखी त्वचा को आकर्षक बनाने के लिए आधा कप ठंडे दूध में जैतून का तेल की कुछ बूंदें डालिए, उसके बाद इन दोनों को एक बोतल में डालकर डालकर हिलाए, रूई के फाहे का प्रयोग करके चेहरे पर लगाइए। इससे त्‍वचा में निखार आएगा।
# तीन टेबल स्पून गुलाबजल में एक टेबल स्पून ग्लिसरीन मिलाकर हाथों और पैरों की त्वचा पर लगाएं और आधे घंटे बाद सादे पानी से धो लीजिए, रूखी त्वचा चिकनी और साफ हो जाएगी।  
# आधा चम्मच शहद में एक चम्मच गुलाबजल और एक टी स्पून मिल्क पाउडर डालकर पेस्ट बनाएं। इसे चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं। बीस मिनट बाद पानी से धो लें।    
# रूखी त्‍वचा के लिए अंडे भी बहुत फायदेमंद हैं। अंडे का पीला हिस्‍सा लगाने से चेहरे की शुष्कता समाप्‍त होती है  
#  अगर आपकी ज्‍यदा रूखी है और उसमें जलन होती है, तो ऐसे में 2 टेबल स्पून सिरके को एक मग पानी में मिलाएं और नहाने के बाद जहां-जहां रूखी त्‍वचा हो वहां लगाइए, फायदा होगा।  
# एक चम्मच तिल के तेल या ऑलिव ऑयल में थोडी-सी क्रीम या दूध की मलाई मिलाकर अच्छी तरह फेंट लीजिए, फिर उसे चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं। 15 मिनट बाद हलका मसाज करते हुए चेहरा सादे पानी से धो लीजिए। इससे आपका चेहरा नर्म, मुलायम और चमकदार हो जाएगा।
# केले को मैश करके साफ चेहरे पर लगाएं , इस पेस्‍ट को लगाने से पहले चेहरे को अच्‍छी तरह साफ कर लीजिए। उसके बाद हलका सूखने पर सादे पानी से धो लीजिए। यह चेहरे की त्वचा को मुलायम और रेशमी बनाने में मदद करता है।

1  - Make a paste of one tsp tomato juice, ½ tsp lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric (haldi) powder & a little gram flour (besan) & apply it on the affected area. Leave for 10 minute & wash off.

2  - Drink tomato juice with a few mint leaves regularly for visible results

3  - Soak cotton wool in cucumber (kheera) or potato juice & apply around the eyes. You will find a change in 2-3 weeks.

4  - Boil ½ teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf) in a cup of water till it is reduced to half. Cool. Use as eye drops
