  • Try to take the necessary diet in the winter. Try to add the fruit and fruit juice to your diet.
  • Apply the petroleum jelly on the face, lips, hand s, legs.
  • Do not take the hot water baths. The hot water takes out the moisture in the skin then skin becomes dry. So try to avoid the hot and long baths in winter.
  • The chapped lips is one of the problem in this winter. Apply the petroleum to the chapped lips. Use the lip scrubs for the lip care in the winter.
  • Dry skin is the major problem in the winter. Use the natural moisturizer in the winter.
  • Try to cover the most of the body with the clothes. Do not expose the skin to the cold air.
  • Do not apply the makeup products with high alcoholic content. Do not use the beauty and hair styling products too much in winter.
  • Use the natural moisturizers like butter, oils, glycerin etc in winter. Not to choose the chemical moisturizers.
  • Try to add the vitamin A, vitamin E rich foods in your diet.
  • Stay hydrated in the winter. Try to take the juices and drink
भले ही गर्मियों का मौसम खत्‍म हो गया हो और हम त्‍वचा पर तेज़ धूप से होने वाले नुक्‍सान से भी बच गए हों, पर हर मौसम के अपने ही फायदे और नुक्‍सान होते हैं, जो हमारी चेहरे की त्‍वचा पर गहरा असर डालते हैं। ठंड का मौसम आ गया है और इसकी सर्द हवाएं त्वचा को कई प्रकार से हानि पहुंचाती हैं। इसलिए चलिए बात करते हैं कि त्‍वचा की नमी को किस तरह बरकरार रखा जाए कि यह शुष्क न हो पाए। 

अपनाएं यह उपचार :

 1. सर्द हवाएं त्वचा पर गहरा प्रभावा डालती हैं और इससे त्‍वचा फटने लगती है इसलिए साबुन कम इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए, क्योंकि साबुन त्वचा की शुष्कता को और बढ़ा देता है। बाजार में ऐसे भी साबुन उपलब्‍ध हैं जो ऑइल बेस्‍ड होते हैं, आप उनका प्रयोग करें। 

2. इस मौसम में चेहरा बुझा-बुझा और बेजान लगता है इसलिए आपको त्वचा पर कोक बटर, मिल्क क्रीम, मक्खन, कोल्ड क्रीम, मॉइश्चराइजर आदि की मालिश करते रहना चाहिए। जिससे त्‍वचा अपनी नमी को न खोए। 

3. अधिक गर्म पानी से स्नान न करें। स्नान करते समय पानी में कुछ बूँदें बेबी ऑइल, ऑलिव ऑइल या बॉडी ऑइल भी डालें। इससे त्वचा मुलायम बनी रहेगी। इस मौसम में स्टीम बाथ लेना त्वचा के लिए काफी लाभदायक होता है। इससे त्वचा की शुष्कता दूर होती है।

4. रोज़ नहाने के पहले और बाद में भी अपने शरीर पर नारियल या सरसों के तेल की मालिश करें। तेल की मालिश करने के बाद 15-20 मिनट तक धूप सेंकना और भी फायदेमंद रहता है। इससे त्वचा मुलायम बनी रहती 

5. इस मौसम में हमारे होठों पर बहुत बुरा प्रभाव पडता है इसलिए होठों पर मलाई या फिर अच्‍छा लिप बाल्‍म लगाना चाहिए। आज कल बाजार में कई ऐसे बाल्‍म उपलब्‍ध हैं जिनमें ट्री ऑइल मिला होता है। ऐसा करने से होंठ नरम, मुलायम, चिकने एवं गुलाबी बने रहेंगे।
