Caffeine: Caffeine affects your skin badly as it dehydrates you completely. It increases the level of cortisol in your body. But if you can’t survive without having your daily dose of caffeine then make sure to drink enough water to keep your skin hydrated.

Fried food
: Fried food is not only bad for your body but it also damage your skin. It cause oil build up in your skin. Avoid fried food if you want to have healthy and glowing skin.

Foods containing artificial sweeteners: Foods like protein and energy bar are loaded with artificial sweetener that is worst for your skin and body. These foods are not healthy because they zero nutrition value and thus harm your skin and body in long run.

: Salt is the worst enemy of your skin. If want to keep wrinkles at bay then reduce your intake of salt. It increases your blood level and also makes your skin look puffy.
